Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked
questions. Please contact us if you need additional
assistance.
How
/ When do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an
email within 24-48 hours, (usually faster) including
your confirmation number and all of the details for
your tour including the departure time, address, etc.
Should
I book my reservation over the phone or online?
You are welcome to make your reservations either way.
We encourage online ordering as it is much easier. Our
tour operators are available between 9:00am and 5:00pm
(M-F) PST, and online orders are accepted 24 hours a
day. If we are unable to take your call personally,
please leave a message and one of our representatives
will return your call in the order received.
Where
does the tour depart?
All of our tours depart from our terminals at Fisherman's
Wharf. You will receive exact instructions with the
confirmation email that is sent after you place your
online order.
Where
do you pick-up?
Our complimentary hotel pick-up service is
available from San Francisco hotels. If you are not
staying in a hotel, or your hotel is outside of San
Francisco, please leave the field for hotel pickup blank
on the order form and we will send you exact instructions
on where to meet the tour.
How
do I confirm my hotel pick-up?
Please provide your hotel name at the time of booking
and call the telephone number on your confirmation email
upon arrival in San Francisco to reconfirm your pick-up
time.
Can
you accommodate passengers in wheelchairs?
Wheelchair facilities are available. However, passengers
in a wheelchair can be accommodated only if they can
get on and off the tour vehicle on their own. The wheelchair
must be foldable. The driver is not permitted to assist
handicapped persons due to insurance restrictions.
